Chocolate Showpiece
Sculpted chocolate and sugar showpieces built for hotel displays, festive buffets and competition-style presentation. Pieces are modelled, cast, airbrushed and assembled over several days, engineered to stand safely and hold their finish under lights. Structure is planned first, decoration second.
